Here’s a gentle Codex-inspired practice you can use on 7.7—or anytime you wish to connect with Sirius:

Sirius Breath Meditation

Find a quiet space and sit comfortably.

Close your eyes.

Inhale slowly for a count of seven.

Hold your breath gently for a count of two.

Exhale slowly for a count of seven.

Pause for a count of two.

Repeat this breath seven times.

After your breath cycles:

Visualize a soft blue-white star above your head.

Imagine a radiant line descending from the star into your crown, into your heart.
Whisper inwardly:

“I remember the harmonic light that I am.”

Feel this light filling your chest and radiating outward.

Rest in silence, allowing codes of remembrance to flow into your awareness.
