We are sure that many of you are sensing the big changes that are coming as the veils that have been shrouding the old paradigm are lifting. We are certainly witnessing more chaos, Zac shares more about how this chaos creates a dimensional doorway to peace and freedom.

Intense energy is building, solar flares, coronal mass ejections and light photons are assisting us in raising our frequency and the planets are aligning for monumental changes. These are significantly increasing this April, May and Zac says also in June. He advocates rest, self care and self love when we are feeling exhausted by the energies, or by life itself. Perhaps we have symptoms and feel poorly and need to take care of ourselves and our families. If we can embrace these changes even when they are uncomfortable and trust that we are transitioning into a new paradigm and need to release the old denser energies that have been in our bodies and energy fields, anchoring us in the old. Experience what it feels like to place your trust in your bodies innate wisdom, how the influxes of light are supporting our cells, and many of the external triggers are actually catalysing change and helping us evolve!

Our bodies truly are miraculous, I feel sure you will enjoy what Zac has to say about how all of our cells, our very DNA is not simply matter but consciousness. Consciousness, universal oneness, aware of all that is taking place, has already sourced the solutions so it enables us to adapt accordingly!
