This improvisation was part of a live performance with accordionist, Karin Fleck, of improvisations, compositions and transcriptions. I play flugelhorn and trumpet.
The concert was in the St. Michaels-Kapelle (Alten Friedhof) in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. The concert was one of three concerts I put on under the title, 'due e due e due' in 2022, to raise money for the German Cancer Relief organisation, 'Deutsche Krebshilfe'.

Coreen Morsink is a Canadian/Greek composer focusing on music springing from ancient Greek sources as well as unusual tuning systems. Her pieces use compositional techniques which combine old and new with explorations into microtonality, multiphonics and extended techniques.
