'The Three Ps Part 1 - Practice' is the first part of a trilogy of tracks. The first track, Part I - Practice, features Andy Grossart on Bass. The trilogy was inspired by my martial art teacher, Patrick Nagle, who would repeat over and over, "Three P's": meaning, practice, patience and perseverance. Parts II and III will be named sequencially.

This is our rendition of the beautiful traditional Christmas carol that proclaims the joy and comfort brought to the world by the birth of Jesus Christ. Both of us feel the decades of life we have known in this celebration of the sacred holiday and indeed found comfort in this effort. As we typically do with any cover song, we twisted the basic format just a bit in this folk-based recording since there are so many traditional versions out there already. We hope you too will join in the spirit these words proclaim so wonderfully.

About this time 6 years ago, while recovering from a surgery, I was diagnosed with an incurable form of Muscular Dystrophy called Charcot Marie Toothe - a condition that deteriorates the muscles in the hands and feet, and works its way up the body.  Though the doctors currently don't have a cure, I am looking to a Higher Doctor's report!  I like to do something every year to sort of kick the devil in the teeth!  This is my kick for this year - Different Point of View. I played all the piano, organ and synth keyboards (just to keep on doing it!)  All the other instruments, I programmed using PG Music's phenomenal Band In A Box RealTracks and RealDrums.  I hope you enjoy this!

Those piano keys, they still feel good to me
