Resilience

Hailing from a war-ridden nation that put me in the spotlight when it came to racism against minorities, moving out was a ray of light. But, things weren't all that different. In any part of the world, the one thing that seemed to flare up communities was inequality. Except when it comes to music. When people of different cultures and nations come together to listen to their favorite music or jam, they forget where they belong in society. They ignore the heirachy. And act as one, one whole being that listens to the sounds and the tremors, nothing else. This is where I found my haven. Music united us, no holding back. No restrictions.

With both positive and negative experiences garnered from my base, I captured a soothing blend of layered music that has varied textures to take you on a modern yet soulful journey. Existing in a parallel world where no social constraints exist, for the time being, the sweet melancholic music expands the listener's horizon. This is my holy grail to rejuvenation.

The blend of rich and lush yet laidback sounds  I create/listen guides me from the darkest of places and helps me see the light. Even on the gloomiest of days, I find solace. By putting it out there for the world to hear, I hope it helps others as it did me. Peace out.
