Spa In Disco - Artist 074 - RAFAEL YAPUDJIAN - Mix series

Black Light Disco boards the Samosa Funk Train to the myhouseradio.fm airwaves again as we welcome monthly residents Les Inferno and De Gama back to BLD Towers for another 5-star musical extravaganza.

This being Volume 12 of Samosa Funk means we’ve reached a milestone - it’s 12 months of being amazed, delighted and wowed by these Italian Maestros of the funk and disco scene. So happy anniversary Samosa Funk, where have those 12 months gone? 

So what did the boys have for us this month? Settle down and we’ll tell you! 

Appearing through the BLD magic curtain first is Les Inferno with an hour of carefully curated hot funky joints straight out of the oven. Expect classic grooves from Cameo, Kool & The Gang, George Duke, Harvey Mason, Panache plus many more. This set is literally seeping with knowledge and expertise from a man who knows no boundaries or limits. 

For the second hour, De Gama magically materialises before our eyes with an absolute knock-out punch to the boogie bone. What he has in store is a whirlwind of old, new and upcoming tracks on the likes of Tropical Disco and, of course Samosa Records and Daje Funk. No quarter will be asked and none will be given. This is De Gama at his blinding best - you can be sure about that!

Pucker up, people - Samosa Funk is back on the Myhouse Radio airwaves with another Les Inferno and DeGama inspired smack to the proverbial kisser! 

In the red corner wearing the red shorts with gold piping we have the insatiable Sensei of Grooves , Les Inferno. Expect some trademark combo punches from Les Inferno which include The Gap Band, Rena Scott, Rick James and Herb Alpert. Hit after hit until your jaw is left swinging. 

In the opposite corner, wearing the blue shorts with the silver trim is DeGama aka The Dark Destroyer. This guy knows how to pack a punch, and with knockout blows from Dirty Elements & Drunk Drivers, Uptown Funk, Musta and Monsieur Van Pratt, you’ll be on the canvas begging for mercy. Or more. Probably more.

Samosa Funk’s monthly residency for Black Light Disco has gone from strength to strength, and the lads always deliver - no problem.
