Back at the start of lockdown, label boss Man Power set the challenge to remix a track he created that day in 2 hours.

The idea behind the challenge being to set yourself limitations as a producer - be that time, or only using certain software/equipment - and to finish the arrangement completely.

The amount of stellar remixes we received was astounding and hence we've arrived at this point, a compilation of all those amazing remixes being released on the label with all profits going to NHS Charities Together.

Next up, we've got Italian DJ, producer and owner of CSK Beat records, Cisky (CSK).  CSK has been mixing records since 1987, cutting his teeth on German techno, U.S garage and the emerging Chicago house sound. During these early years CSK was fortunate enough to play at parties at some of the best clubs all over Italy. It was then CSK turned to production and released a number of successful tunes throughout the 90's. 

Fast forward to the present day and you'll still find CSK as involved in the scene as ever. As the owner of a record label with some truly outstanding releases you know he has a real ear for quality music. This mix is testament to that. Mårten Attling Aka Mindbender started producing in the late eighties and quickly became a prolific figure in the Stockholm club scene. He was dj’ing all over and putting down the hours in the studio to learn the craft and he has a long career as a producer and musician with releases on R&S Records in Belgium, Apollo Records and Swedish Ohm Records, to mention a few. When Redbull Music recently listed the 15 most influential songs in early Swedish techno & rave, Mårten was included as a producer or otherwise involved in five of them.  When he is not making musci he runs the label 'When Disco Goes Wrong' together with Janne 'Högt I Tak' Berglund.

Mindbender - Exclusive Mix [Evil Plans Radio]

Stavros Potamitis (aka Stevie R) conjures emotion and weaves sonic tales by combining the rebetiko folk music of his Greek homeland with analogue electronics. Working with a range of collaborators he offers forward thinking, avant-garde music and daring, theatrical live performances that freely blend and cross over between musical styles. As well as being a musician, producer and performer, Stevie is a lecturer at Point Blank Music College in London, runs his own record label Inside Out Records and is A & R of Chapter 24 Records. Always looking to push musical and sonic boundaries, he is just as relentlessly focused on moving things forward in his own work as he is committed to supporting the next generations to break through.
