AUHAM was born and raised in Syria, growing up with metal music. In the last three years, AUHAM discovered his passion for electronic music and has been performing in local clubs ever since, as well as producing for the last two years. 

He plays techno sets, accompanied by live drumming and percussions. He has been producing since 2020. His sound goes in the direction of melodic, Industrial techno with many EBM and new wave influences. “It doesn't have to be that fast. It just has to sound pure enough!”

“Keine Musik für Niemand” is a special full power funky rock set covering the indespensable, indisputable, yet overlooked “Agit-” and Polit-Rock genre with tracks by Lokomotive Kreuzberg, Fasia, Oktoberklub, M.E.K. Bilk, Ihre Kinder, and many others. The mix covers music from the 70s up to the early 80s, full of heavy breaks, undiscovered Krautrock gems and more.

The cover is a remake of the über-classic Ton Steine Scherben “Keine Macht für Niemand” (“No Power for Nobody”) album artwork. I changed the title to “Keine Musik für Niemand” (No Music for Nobody) stating that most of the songs remained totally underground and spread only in the left wing radical scene – being too offensive and strange for most “normal” people.

@anthony-rother is a stone cold electronic music legend. He’s put out 20 albums since his debut in 1997, and run the Psi49net and Datapunk imprints, which have more or less defined the electro genre. Lately, he’s been back with a vengeance, releasing the “3L3C7RO COMMANDO” LP on his own label, as well as EPs for DVS1’s Mistress Recordings and of course Danny Daze’s Omnidisc. His DJ sets these days are comprised of his own unreleased music specifically tailored for dancefloors. Rother is a dream booking for The Bunker who we still kind of can’t believe is coming to play our collaborative party with Omnidisc on November 1 (more details at http://bit.ly/omnibunker ).

2019 Update: This tribute was recorded on September 2011, times when the Prodigy were starting the world on fire after a long hiatus. A tribute for living legends, a gratitude for their awesome work they've done through the years. RIP Keith.

My electronic music love lies at the root of the Prodigy. Their music inspired me to discover artists and genres from the RAVE culture. They are the reason I ended up a Drum&Bass DJ.
The Idea of the tribute followed my B-Day Prodigy DJ Set. The vibe was so massive I couldn't resist perpetuating the moment with this mixtape!
