"Castle of Elephants" was recorded in one 10 hr day at Premises Studios in Hackney, London on April 6th, 2023. 

Part 2 – Coconut Radio 
These are piano instrumentals meant to soothe and pleasure the soul. The song, "Coconut Radio", improvised on the spot in Part 1, brought upon the name for Part 2. Imagine the music floating down from the heavens, massaging your mind's ear. Each track in Part 2 was completely made up the very moment it was recorded in the studio, none of them being premeditated. Every instrumental was created in the heat of the moment, in Studio A of Premises, a "1000 sq foot roof-top recording studio with 4 isolated areas plus a beautiful conservatory area, all with acres of natural light" at their Yamaha Grand. Their titles were given after the fact, based on travels with his girlfriend – his broad – around London later that week.

Stoddard "Stoddy" Blackall travels to studios and stages around the world to record impromptu albums in the span of two days. One day to explore the surrounding environment and the next, to record the album! Some songs are written, at most, a day in an advance of recording, and some are improvised on the spot! Bottom line, everything is off the cuff and freshly inspired by his travels.

This is a song Will Leet and I improvised together, based on a simple (yet AMAZING) progression he brought to the table with only a foggy idea of a melody and the word "Inspiration".  What a jam, what a jam, WHAT A JAM!
