Ceci Bu is a young producer with a very interesting musical proposal, her Live Act has a unique blend of quality electronic sounds, in where she executes live synthesizers and a musical vision influenced by top producers like  Stephan Bodzin , Giorgia Angiuli, Legowelt and many others, who have inspired her to submerge into the brilliant world of live music. For this exclusive live session, her presentation was executed with a TD303, Akaiapc40 and Arturia25.

This weekend we have beautiful set from Brazilian 🇧🇷 DJ, Bavaresco. South of Brazil in one of the electronic music hotspots in Latin America, with many Clubs & Parties that are frequent tour destination for international DJs. In this competetive environment, Bavaresco needed short time to rise as one of the relevant DJ's in that scene.
Bavaresco played on most of the important South Brazil stages before launching her own Cosmic party in Porto Alegre. Known for a visceral and emotional approach on House music she never failed to bring a sense of memory to her sets, moving the floors always connected to the classics.

Wunderk1nd hails from a small village in Germany where from an early age he became interested in futuristic & electronic music. 

Initially inspired by mid 90's German trance and rave styles, he then discovered iconic artists such as Sasha, Digweed, Nick Warren and Dave Seaman. However, Wunderk1nd's greatest influence was that of James Holden's early work at the turn of the millennium.  

Wunderk1nd is forever searching for new musical ideas, showed by his large body of work which you can find on his SoundCloud page. In more recent times, due to the pandemic, Wunderk1nd has begun to focus more on live streaming on Twitch, where you can often find him on Friday evenings. You can expect to hear long sets with a different concept each time, exploring different eras, artists, or genres. 

In this 2-hour special episode of Space Flight 909, Wunderk1nd showcases his definition of what he absolutely loves about electronic music: Undiscovered gems and underrated classics combined and layered into a beautiful sonic journey.

Emerging Consciousness

For the LA-born, Seattle-based DJ @lizsomesofficial music has been a lifelong love, but her journey to techno DJ took a more circuitous route. Working as a radio broadcaster for rock stations, she was encouraged to try mixing instead of just playing songs from a friend. The moment she successfully mixed two tracks together, she fell in love with the creative freedom and possibilities of being able to express herself on a completely different level. “I felt like I came home.” Initially drawn to the more melodic corners of dance music, once she heard the pounding beats of underground techno, she threw herself into it with passion and determination.

Like most DJs, making her own music was the logical next step in her progression. For someone who believes deeply in art as self expression, it’s unsurprising that her output is less about genre specifics than channeling emotions into sound. A listen to her discography under the her former moniker of Demah on labels like Pure Dope Digital, SMR Underground, White Line Music and recently with on Mastoid, Mona Records, Harte Musik, she shows a range from dark and banging to melodic and uplifting techno, while her releases on UM Records Uniting Souls are a much deeper, housier fare. No matter the mood, Liz's productions reflect her emotional connection to music, laying her heart out for people to hear. 

With a former radio show on Fnoob, a recent mix for Minimal Detroit, streaming appearances for Detroit’s beloved Charivari, sets at multiple Pacific Northwest clubs including Seattle’s beloved Kremwork - Timbre Room, and Monkey Loft, and with more record releases to come, it’s obvious how much Liz is driven to play and create music. She is proving with every move that it’s not how long you’ve been doing it, it’s how much love you put into it.
