PERE is the new electronic project of Shahar Amit aka Tribone. Born and raised in Israel, Shahar has been traveling around the world, gathering multicultural influences from the dynamic scenes of Australia, Europe, and The Americas. 

This track also features the instrumental work of acclaimed musician Si Mullumby (Wild Marmalade) who masterfully wields his didgeridoo to illustrate the song across more than seven minutes of hypnotic rhythms and beats, Listen for a colorful glimpse into the sounds to come from two of the psychedelic underground’s most esteemed electronic producers as they explore the landscapes of tribal house music.

Mose Roberts, a man of many lands resides primarily in Guatemala, his music truly influenced by experiences around the globe.

Bassic Records second various artist compilation is a proud work, combining global talents and ideas to form a journey-like release created in hope to accrue aspiration, inspire and resonate through dance floors. Compiled by Bassic label head ZigMon with the aim of showcasing what the Bassic Records sound is; not bound by genre but driven by purpose. To represent the natural, progressive, deep, dark and uplifting sounds in the outdoor electronic music scene, namely where he resides and is inspired by on the Australian east coast. From the tantalizing colour of Doppel to the heavy psychedelia of Zimbardy, this VA will take you through the labyrinth, you will be lost in techno.

The partaking producers call a range of different countries home, truly bringing forth distinctive and vibrant musical culture; Portugal, Mexico, Brazil, UK, France, New Zealand, USA, Mauritius, Denmark and of course Australia bred the artists you hear on this release. Consisting of Bassic Records label artists including Doppel, Ken Zo and Matt Dwellers, fresh new artists on Bassic’s roster Gabriel Moraes, Concrescent and Zombie Apocalypse, amazing input from Australian producers Louis Emile and Placeholder and international artists Ben Coda, One Man Orchestra, Flembaz, Quinema and Mose Robert. The final track is a piece by Zimbardy, an exceptional producer and young man who devastatingly passed in late 2015 less than two weeks after we received this track to master for this VA. It is an honour to release this for him and we know he will feel the vibrations every time it is played wherever he may be. This release is for him, as much as it is for you.

There is no reason why you shouldn’t own and listen to this release whenever you feel, so we present it to you without cost, though financial support is always warmly welcomed here at Bassic Records. Tribal Steps is inspired by conscious gatherings, ecstatic dance and community circles. It is compiled in ecstatic dance form, with different styles and tempos going from ambient to more rhythmic, peak, slowing and downtempo at the end. Mission is to inspire people to create a strong supporting community, to gather more like in tribal societies.
   The compilation is for "Name your price " and all the donations will go for building an open space hall, surrounded by nature and permaculture garden, where different activities will be held, like music sessions, ecstatic dance, fire gatherings, permaculture & aromatherapy workshops, education for children and retreats.
