Hegle Sorg (OWNA) and Storm D’Angelo (VESSELS) met in the cold swept rain of Copenhagen, Denmark. Falling in love with the Post Electronic world, Storm searched out the wisdom kept in Drummer, Helge’s mind. This would incur the incorporation of ‘triple duplicity’ that
brought forth 3​223​.
The two worked for months playing through different particulars of the Techno genre while always relying on their soul in Improvised music.
Then came Simon Kjaer (CHINA) whose masterful production was relentless in his efforts to bring out the shimmering glow beneath the surface of the two musicians. It was when these three artists were in the studio that the birth of 3​223 ​came to surface.
3223 ​is an Improvised Electronic Techno Acoustic album, in both how intricate the subtlety this album brings forth details, it also easily passes
through one's ears and reaches down into the feet of the listener. This is why Sorg, D’Angelo, and Kjaer push their momentum ever forward for the past 3 years to release this album into the clouds.

Viking music meet elettronic music, in a really experimental soundscape! 

The project started in January 2017 finally takes shape, born from the idea of combining the sonority of electro music such as downtempo, bass music and drum & bass with archaic sounds typical of the Blòt Heathen. 

The project is "only", so it will not have, in our opinion, a continuity with other similar releases, but will release "classic" relics in the ritual / Viking style of the Blòt Heathen. 

So old fans, do not be discouraged!
