Frightened Dream Talking

Back in 2020 I was experimenting with recording myself sleeping using a MacBook at the head of my bed and recording directly into Ableton.  My laptop was sitting on a stool at the head of my bed with the left side of it nearest to me.  The only other noise generator in the room was a fridge located about 10 feet away.  I later discovered the contents of this file and then avoided it for awhile because it was disturbing.  I figured I must have produced it somehow and then forgot, but that makes no sense either.  I can hear myself snoring, so I must have been asleep, but many loud and freaky noises occur throughout the 2hrs.  I wish I had video of that night as well!  What could it have been?

Sound Asleep Part 2/84 (Cycle 14-26) - What is the purpose of the frequency-sweeps (cycles)?

Welcome to a collection of freaky recordings of myself sleeping.  I don't know what to make of them.  Perhaps some of you have suggestions?  They're all public domain so you can also use them or investigate them as you wish.  

I've considered attempting to capture another recording like this, but I hesitate to do that before knowing at least something about what I'm dealing with.
