Here's a piece I did back in October for a client down in New Zealand for a six and a half minute time lapse sequence. The imagery itself is unbelievably beautiful! Anyway, so I had a blast writing the music for it where I used some programs I hadn't used in a long time, namely the Heavyocity AEON collection. In addition to that I also used Heavyocity's DAMAGE and Evolve Mutation 1 & 2 and EVOLVE as well. 

The project took some time because when writing to a time lapse sequence as long as that, you gotta figure out where you wanna place hits and you gotta have music that's captivating enough to hold the listeners through the entire video. It reminded me of when I wrote Time Lapse for a client out in Atlanta for their 8 minute video that took me a weekend to write up...it was tough, but so worth it. Same applies to this project! It took me a while to figure out what genre I wanted to go with and then within 3 days I wrote out the entire thing. Anyway, enjoy!

Story
Princess Wanda and the River of Oaths
In a time when forests spoke and castles stood as sentinels of memory, Princess Wanda lived in Krakow, daughter of King Krak, founder of the city. Her name echoed like a song among the willows of the Vistula, and her presence was as serene as the moon's reflection on the water.
Wanda was wise, brave, and deeply connected to the invisible forces that inhabited the Polish countryside. It was said that she could understand the language of wolves, read the Baltic winds, and calm storms with a single word in ancient Lechit.
One day, a German prince named Rüdiger arrived with a marriage proposal. Not for love, but for dominion. He wanted to unite his lands with Poland, but under his banner. Wanda, loyal to her people and the spirits of the land, refused with dignity.
Rüdiger, humiliated, threatened war. Instead of giving in, Wanda walked to the Vistula River, dressed in her ceremonial robe embroidered with Slavic runes, and offered her soul to the water as an oath of eternal peace. She submerged herself among the currents, and the river embraced her as its own daughter.
Since then, the Vistula sings her name on foggy nights. Fishermen say they see her silhouette dancing on the waves, and poets call her the guardian of Polish freedom. Her sacrifice became a legend, and her spirit a symbol of resistance.
