Ephemerides is a duo consisting of a vocalist and a laptop which explore the vast world of improvisation.  The mix between the most natural and body focussed  instrument (the voice) and a sophisticated tool born from more than 2 thousand centuries is a drastic contrast which creates new sonic and musical possibilities.  Together, Anaël Honings (vocals) and Raphaël Vens (electronic) creates a unique form of music and soundscapes in an immersive sonic environment.

I broke the vase (Eva Matsigkou, Nefeli Sani) were formed in 2018. They create musical performances through listening, free improvisation and composition. They use musical instruments, their voices, objects, microphones, electronics, recordings and loops. Writing and reading of autoethnographic texts, participation of the body, as well as interaction with the space and the environment lie at the center of their work. Being also musicologists and sound researchers, apart from performers, they employ practices such as soundwalks and recordings of listening experiences, while experimenting through feminist and caring artistic processes. Moreover, I broke the vase have created video performances, the experimental film The Greatest Love of All, and a podcast dedicated to the women in electronic music, entitled Silence is Broken. They have also coordinated the workshop Sonic Memorabilia and the awarded by Thessaloniki Film Festival podcast by the same name. They have been artists in residence at Syros Sound Meetings and in University of Michigan. They participated in Tectonics Athens Festival, in Electric Nights Festival, in Eclectic Tech Carnival Athens, in IF 2021, in Κilymeia 23, in Ametric Festival and also in Plásmata: Bodies, Dreams, and Data, Sheltered Gardens and Down to Earth exhibitions and in 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture.

‘IV Movements’ is the new EP by Antwerp-based trio SeizoensKlanken. After the success of the first full album ‘DagxNacht’, the group formed by Gilles Helsen (keys) and Freek Vreys (guitar) expands with jazz-percussionist Cas Kinnaer. The musical recipe of SeizoensKlanken remains the same: instrumental compositions balancing between colourful afrobeat and intimate electronica. As the title ‘IV Movements’ suggests, the EP is made of four ‘movements’ or musical parts, like a classical symphony. At the same time it refers to the interdisciplinary collaboration between SeizoensKlanken and choreographer Evelyne Van Hecke, who has created a dance choreography for the music of the EP with her dance company Moving Ground
