400 singles / EP releases is a milestone which we didn’t dream of reaching back in September 2005 when 001-SR was released digitally but here we are. For this special moment we have revisited Cass’ “Gothamania” initially released back at the beginning of April it was only fitting that this new remix EP is our milestone release and on seeing who we have assembled you’ll fully understand why. Cass himself was considered something of a legend when he burst onto the scene in the early late 90s, early 2000s big hitting tracks as part of the formidable Cass+Slide and his solo works most notably one his Fire Recordings and Sabotage imprints. But now we fast forward to the summer of 2025 and “Gothamania”: Remixes contains four reinterpretations from first up Hernan Cattaneo x Mercurio, Hernan of course really needs no introduction an true legend of the scene “El Maestro” as he’s affectionately known is an artist who’s passion and unwavering commitment is something to behold its an enthusiasm that after decades at the top of his game is as strong as ever delivering quality everytime from inside the dj booth or inside the studio. This is an honour to have him grace the label for this milestone release. Alongside Hernan is his production partner Mercurio (aka Esteban Battilana) who is an experienced musician and a highly talented guitar player and producer who himself has put his name to some big remixes most notably Bjork and U2, as well as gracing labels such as Watergate, GU, Renaissance and Yoshitoshi in his own right.  Up next is Jamie Stevens making a welcome return to the label for this project. Jamie is another name that you immediately associate with quality production, an artist who’s remained consistent throughout the years delivers another powerful reminder that he is going nowhere soon. Our third remix brings us to the North-East of England, Lexicon Avenue who again really needs no introduction delivering quality dance music since the late 90s Lexicon Avenue makes his Stripped Recordings debut after appearing on our sister label Stripped Digital’s milestone release providing the anthem remix to Sergio Vilas x Amber Long’s “Separation”. We are delighted to welcome him to this project. And rounding things of beautifully in this star studded line Circulation takes a different approach to his mix taking us down a road none of us expected a melodic electronic breaks journey which closes out this EP in fine style. Circulation (aka Paul Davis) is now something of a regular having produced a remixed tracks for both our labels as well as gracing the likes of Last Night On Earth (twice) this year. And there we have it our 400th single / ep release. Here’s to the next 400.
