The Gymnastic Band are a highly sprung trio in pursuit of rhythmic adventure and pulsating metronomy. They display an acrobatic penchant for skewed arrangements that will infiltrate your eardrums and render you senseless with their melodically charged, harmonic baubles of sonic delight.

On the drumstool you'll find a loose-limbed, skillful performer whose agility and dexterity is reminiscent of those Goliath sticksmen of German and Afro-American origin. With a split second's notice, a taut powder-keg of ingenuity, precision and rhythmical excitement bombards his shimmering Ludwig kit.

Completing the trio are a hypermobile duo of bass botherers, whose muscular digits subvert their instrument's perceived plodding role and contort its audio contours by bending, flexing, gyrating and grappling its four lanes of tightly wound magnetic steel into an orgy of invention.
