German Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Techno producer/dj. Growing up in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony, now calling Frankfurt/Main his homebase since 2012. Member of the Dutty Dubz Crew.

Starting out as a Drum and Bass night series in Leipzig (Germany) with focus on mainly deep, dark, yet experimental aspects of the genre and DNB-related music such as Footwork, 160 BPM, Dark Jungle and so on, the Dark Drum&Bass Convention has become an DNB institution in the local scene with regular events, but also an independent platform for different DJs and Labels that share the same interest in this music and B2B DJ-culture.

DDNBC is all about the scene as a family and connecting. With the launch of a podcast series that does strictly feature DJs that have been playing at one of the past events already, this concept might become even more evident. As the family is growing, we are proud to already have featured artists such as DLR, Hydro, War, Silent Witness, Ruffhouse, Survey, Unreal Project and LXC.

Making music is how I express myself. With music you can touch a lot of people’s feelings, imagination and their state of mind. Before I start working on a song I always have a short movie that I create inside of my head. My music is bass oriented because I am a huge fan of drum and base and dubstep, loving both sides of these genres: the heavy, dark, aggressive one and the melodic, ambient and chill one.

Growing up with the sounds of Synth Pop in the UK in the 80s then moving abroad and getting involved in the Hardcore Metal scene as a guitar player shaped Oliver's musical taste. When he opened up to Hip Hop and Trip Hop at the gates of the year 2000 he started attending to underground Tekno Free Parties by then he heard Roni Size's Reprazent Album and the deal was sealed, it has been DNB ever since.

Stunts' gained his name as a rider for the Dirty Dancin' parties hosted in the Bikini Club in Toulouse, France where his crowdsurfing antics onstage and banter in the backstage quickly made him stand out and got close to the Vandal Crew. He started his residencies with Skank called Sound Break and has mixed alongisde Ed Rush & Optical, Roni Size and many more.
