With the project XV | 1 Affin leaves 15 years of its existence behind and looks expectantly and full of optimism into the future.

The A side starts with MTRL's (co-founder of the Munich IO label), "Spice Fields" who celebrates his Affin debut here with a delicate, driving track. Another premiere is the first cooperation between Cauê and Joachim Spieth, who celebrate here with "Alpha", an atmospheric multi-modulated piece of club music.

The B side starts with an old acquaintance, Reggy Van Oers, who makes a massive reappearance with "niffA" after a few years of abstinence. Svarog closes the first episode of our 15th anniversary with the pushing "Psalm". All tracks were mastered at the Berlin-based Artefacts Mastering Studio. Markus Guentner, a label artist from the early days, is responsible for the graphic design and also did a logo redesign.

Whispers of the Valley is a three-part opus, highlighting the talent of emerging and established artists alike, including a remix by Luigi Tozzi. The project came to life with a field recording sample bank gathered during a workshop at La Vallée Electrique 2022, from which we asked producers to compose a unique track using at least one sample.

The valley is quiet and silent, only disturbed by the light whispering of the wind in the trees. The sounds are soft and soothing, mixing rhythmic notes and murmuring voices.
The melodies envelop the tranquil landscape and invite to a meditative walk.

Sunlight streams through the leaves, creating shifting shadows on the valley floor. The songs of the bees add to the natural melody and complete the calm and peaceful landscape. The golden hour approaches...

CTAFAD is a Chinese producer based in Japan.
His music is a mixture of experimental psychedelia. Most of the original sounds are a little modified, like atmospheric pressure, and ambitious ultrasound experiments.

Part 2 of this EP series is set for release on 15th April.
Part 3 of this EP series is set for release on 06th May

This autumn, Monochrome is offering each month to one or several artists to discover their influences and inspirations through a forty-five minute to two hour recording. These three recordings will focus on percussive rhythms between Ambient, Deep Techno and Drum & Bass.

Farazdeck is a project focusing on the exploration of deep, hypnotic and organic music. This artistic project gets inspiration in our surroundings, its understanding and exploration such as nature, rituals, or psychology, spirituality, science and space.

Hello everyone, in the face of the atrocities of war, French artist @medulla_oblongata has asked me to take part in this wonderful initiative. 

The Various Artists « Free Palestine » will be released on @trevemusicofficial on 11 December and will bring together around twenty artists (including @nemsb , @morphvan1, @radical-ofc, @cyberlife-music @clarencerise, @ronny_pinazza, @marekbartunek @alextirellimusic  and many more…) from the deep techno, experimental and ambient spheres. 

For the occasion, I wrote a special track called 'Path of Peace', with its duality of melancholy ambient melodies and sharp techno rhythms. Happy listening, and don't hesitate to support this wonderful peace project! 🕊️🕊️🕊️
