A little while ago we had the opportunity to remix one of our favorite producers, warner.case . We present ATM (Sub Chunk Approved Edit), a track in which we explore a slightly different style than usual, and with which we had a lot of fun producing. Okay, okay. Quick history backstory.  Drums as a child, and through his 20's.  Turntables, and loads of vinyl before entering the digital realm.  Nick has been busy with all that noise for two and half decades.  Growing up on rock, grunge, 90's electronic, hip hop, and everything in between rounded out his senses for music, and what appealed to him.  A taste ever evolving leaving him playing house, techno, minimal, acid, downtempo, and breakbeat.  Now with over 20 years of experience you can expect great track selection, crowd reading, and flawless mixing.  This journey has seen him play in cities through Western Canada, and with larger acts from abroad including the likes of Mark Farina, Tipper, Kevin Yost, James Teej, Pezzner, Dirt Crew, Detroit Swindle, Noah Pred, Rob Paine, and many more.  

After spending many years as a key part of Left Coast Crew in Victoria BC as a DJ/Promoter, he is back In Saskatchewan where he started this journey. The new vision is to rekindle his old connections and push his promotion brand The Motive To Move (TM2) to new heights, and entertain as many party people as possible.

Foi residente do grande projeto QUARTINHO - que acumula várias edições inesquecíveis durante seus 610 anos de festas - onde tocava funk e trap (bem diferente do som que toca hoje). Magalz tem lugar especial no palco em horas excitantes da noite, onde dividiu espaço com artistas como L_cio, Omulu, Boss In Drama, Tati Quebra Barraco, Biltre, Dago, André Paste, Sydney Sousa, Minha luz é de led, Daniel Peixoto, Getúlio Abelha, Nayra Costa e muito mais.

Atualmente, desde Outubro de 2023, Magalz começou finalmente se voltar ao grande amor da sua vida - a música eletrônica - som que agora toca exclusivamente. Sua sonoridade atual tem o foco no Techno e no Deep Tech.

I am a producer out of Charleston, SC area. I produce across a bunch of different genres but mostly stay close to the many sub genres of house. I enjoy expressing myself and my music with techniques I learn from the spectrum of genres I listen to in my free time. In the end, I like to create not with the intent to pander and monetize but rather to create a moment of time that allows the listener to escape and forget about the world around them.
