Hi my names is Mark. Iv been a DJ since 1997 and started producing in 2009. The first genres of music to catch me, back in the day lol, was hard house n Jungle. Tony De Vit was a major influence in my early DJing years. His production work was excellent and his mixing was quality. I liked how he stretched the mix out.  Also his timing was quality .On the flip side I was also influenced greatly by the likes of Andy C and the Ram crew. The darker label Renegade Hardware also opened my ears to the darker sounds of drum n bass. Hearing the likes of Micky Finn and Kenny Ken spin the decks in Birmingham. It spell bound me and showed me the art of DJing. I didnt do any gigs as a hard house DJ or Jungle/dnb DJ, but did do loads of house party's where I would always blow the roof off lol.
 In 2004 I stopped mixing hard house and started mixing Speed garage bassline and funky house. By the end of 2004 I had my first gig and gained a residency in a bar in Birmingham. 2005 was a mad year where I was working sometimes twice a week, in and around Birmingham. I was playing mainly funky house at that time. By the end of 2005 I started moving off the funky house and got into the Tribal Tech side of things.
In 2008 I found my whole musical journey had taken me full circle and Jungle/drum n bass took over.
In 2012 I briefly had a radio slot with www.globaldnb.com. This gave me a taste of playing in front of a audience which in turn gave me the confidence to approach promoters for bookings. In 2013 I teamed up with the XHK krew, where we played gigs up and down the UK. The biggest playing at Fantazia in Bristol. Not long after that I parted ways with XHK and began to get my own bookings such as Remedy, Intuition, HardSkool, Fourseasons, Chaoticwaves and Eurodnb. If you want to here me live you can.
