For the next podcast in the series, we turn the Brazilian-born, Berlin based artist The Lady Machine. As resident of Pornceptual, she brings two decades of experience as a vinyl DJ to bring the vibe to ecstatic levels. Apart from that, she runs the Unterwegs label together with Decka with solid releases from the owners as well as Amanda Mussi, and recently contributed to the exquisite Fuga compilation on Token Records. The next hour is a 139bpm excursion that sends you back to the dark clubs and sweaty warehouses.

SIŽE is a Moscow underground DJ and producer originally from the Siberian capital of Omsk.

The style of SIŽE starts from basic techno, with an inherent mechanical sound and goes through a dark hypnotic melody, with industrial overtones.
He has an experimental style and combines grooves, raw and energetic sounds into harmonious compositions which are apparent in this mix.

Medulla Oblongata is a discreet Dj who blossoms in his musical biotope between ambient and a mental and hypnotic techno. His techno sets are an invitation to an immersive journey where dancers can forget themselves. We could see him working lately with the Château Perché Festival as an artist and AD and in renowned clubs of France such
as KALT (Strasbourg, Fr) or Ostra Club (Nancy, Fr) alongside Dasha Rush, Vril, Terrence Fixmer, Adiel, Denise Rabe, Justine Perry and more.

With other weirdos he also co-founded the collective TRÊVE gathering artists from different horizons around ambient and visual arts in order to propose dreamlike and contemplative events.

He recently curated a charity V/A with artists from the ambient, downtempo and techno scene, with all proceeds going to help Palestinian civilian victims (freepalestineva.bandcamp.com). Finally his first EPs were released recently, the first one (ambient EP) on Khoros sublabel Chronos and the second (Techno EP) on Sephora Recordings.

Central American born Silent Servant has performed worldwide in clubs from LA, Berlin to Osaka. A chance meeting with Karl O'Conner in 1999 would establish a friendship that would open the door to the Sandwell District label in 2006. Silent Servant's sound is a reinterpretation of early '80s post-punk electronics, paired with the deep, metallic sounds of Basic Channel and Downwards.

Time has come for the last podcast of 2020 which comes from one of the hottest names in the Romanian scene: Vlad Arapasu. With many releases on top-notch labels such as Priku's Atipic, Subtil, Serialism, EASTENDERZ, and Unic to name a few, the Bucharest talent worked his way up by providing a peculiar melodic-oriented style, always sustained by unwavering trust in gloomy sub-basslines, intricated grooves, and twisted synths. A trademark sound that he's been able to convey into his label KONTENT, which hosted young promises of the rominimal panorama such as Macarie and Leanca, proving Vlad's ability to give the right exposure to other fellow-talented producers. Hoping that this mix will set you in the right mood, we wish you happy holidays and we hope to see you all on the dancefloor very soon.

@scenecityeu is taking over on Mutant Radio to feature the Bordeaux music scene with @simpleexposition aka @insulaireleo and @blummsimon. The two members of the long-standing @tpltcollective are joining forces on a new adventure, mixing their various influences to forge a new sound, hopefully crafted for the future. Away from the decks like all of us, they forcefully returned to the coziness of home studio and spent the never-to-be-talked-about-again-year brewing with care the material upon which they could one day return behind the controls of a sound system.

Born and raised in The Hague, The Netherlands. @fabian-lionearth techno foundation is already laid out by the sounds of DJ Remy at the local clubnigths around town in the late 90's; Then he bought his first Technics SL 1200's.

Fabian played a DJ set in the famous club "U60311" in Frankfurt as part of the "We Love Neon" tour. 

Furthermore, he played in the famous venues "Fosfobox" in Rio de Janeiro and "Klub K4" in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Also, he already played in different countries like Germany, Belgium, Slovenia, Portugal and Brazil and alongside inspiration & well-known techno artists in the scene such as: Steve Bicknell, DJ Boss, Echoplex, 65D Mavericks, Remy, Invite, WJ Henze, Kr!z, Kammy, DJ Link, Charlton, Elektrabel, Marcelo K2 and Beroshima.

We feel absolutely blessed to welcome Adelia on Cellar Door. The Prague born and Barcelona based  DJ started her career with a heavier and darker techno sounds, however she quickly gravitated towards the deep and hypnotic sphere.

Getting inspired by the Spanish nature, she has  been brilliantly pursuing  the gurgling sound and representing it on some of the most interesting mixing platforms (Oslated, Charybdis, Fur:ther Sessions etc.)

Techno hit Japan hard in the early 1990s. Surprised, Takaaki Itoh was quickly impressed and intrigued with this new sound. The unique style of beats revealed the gateway to a new world of underground music in Japan – something he had never heard before. Surprise slowly gave way to addiction when Takaaki Itoh was exposed to the sounds of such artists and labels as Underground Resistance, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Hardfloor, Sven V?, Harthouse, Warp and Rising High. This was his sound, and deciding he just couldn’t get enough of it, in 1994 Takaaki began to organize his own techno parties in his home of northern Japan. By providing a fantastic lineup, his parties quickly became a success.
