Ripples, the debut EP by Alejandro Bento (SP), is a collection of 3 solo piano pieces and includes a bonus remix by Robot Koch (DE). Creating a full arc of emotional intensity, the landscapes painted by his playing remind us of the places we come from and we are going to, his piano playing portraying the simplicity and innocence of the need to express.

“Drifting and Dreaming” is a new delightful album by Tetarise project proudly presented by Microcosmos Records.

The project of Eugene Dolgikh from Kursk (Russia) called Tetarise started in 2008; it produces music in different genres such as trance (melodic, progressive, psychedelic), ambient, and chill-out. In 2013 Tetarise took part in the popular weekly radio show A State of Trance hosted by Armin van Buuren.

“Drifting and Dreaming” by Tetarise is a smooth vibrant realm with shiny and warm tonalities pouring at listeners with its melodic bass lines, lilting techno rhymes and airy guitar chords. Musical waves of the album gently take you out to the sea of light and joy, bringing an enchanting and deep immersion into soothing dance flow.

This track has a special place in my heart.  I recorded my grandfather's accordion, which hasn't been played in over twenty years, for the intro and backing pads.  The backing ambient noise is from a hail storm in Albany, NY where I grew up.  The hail noises are also incorporated in the percussion.  The high percussive parts are recorded from an umbrella!  This track was so much fun to make, I hope that the passion that I put into the track comes through to you.  Thank you for a wonderful 2019 - wishing everyone the best for 2020!

About this EP :
Beatfarmer is closing out 2020 with a pair of Ep's. Into the Unknown and The Amanita Waltz feature a mix of earthy chillout and tribal dancefloor bangers. Set for release on Bandcamp friday Dec 4th.

"Lo.Renzo and I first connected a couple of years back, doing remixes for each other. In the spring, put out a call to raise funds to repair a damaged hard drive containing all his amazing music and I was overjoyed to have the opportunity to feature his organic sounds in one of my tracks. Spring Water features his work on Flute, Sarangi and percussion"
