These incredible tones each resonate to specific frequency that our original blueprint is composed from. Exposing ourselves to these frequencies helps to bring our bodies, cells and DNA back into balance and original alignment. Different parts of our bodies and organs all have a specific frequency of optimum resonance (perfect state of health), and therefore listening to these tones allows the body to absorb and remember (know) its original blueprint, moving it back towards its prefect state of alignment and resonance (health). 
The music has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. The compositions contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the solfeggio tones. 
Modern science is now beginning to recognise what the ancient mystics throughout time have been saying; that everything is in a constant state of vibration, and therefore everything that is vibrating has a sound (even if it's not audible). Crickets and frogs that I recorded on a summer night near Columbus, Ohio. Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. The tone is B, 243hz.

The birds here were recorded in Port Townsend, WA.  I also added the singing bowl and binaural beats later.  Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat.  The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur.  This works best with headphones and is useful for meditation or relaxation.  In this case I created three binaural beats. Each section is 10 minutes long and the beginnings are marked with the hits of the singing bowl. The tone is C 256 hz.
