Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Los Angeles-based DJ and Producer, 88, quickly gained notoriety in the city’s music scene by consistently delivering electrifying and energetic DJ sets throughout the city. With roots based in rap and dancehall music due to his urban Caribbean background, and developing a wider ear for music as he traveled abroad while serving in the United States Navy, his style reflects just that. He fuses his influences with high energy Baltimore, Jersey, and Philly Club music, GQOM, Dembow, Ballroom, Techno, House and Jungle. He aims to create a space where genre lines and labels don’t exist, and you can let the music free you.
