Often the best music gets made when people get out of their comfort zone and venture into new territory. That is what I felt listening to these tracks from Ukrainian veteran Alexander Pavlenko. He has a long history in drum ‘n bass as Sunchase, and as Na Nich, you might have heard him on Rhythm Büro or Semantica, but this release reveals another side of him that we haven’t heard before.

The Karpati EP kicks off with ‘Manipulation’. A rolling sub and punchy drums propel the track’s momentum forward and make it dancefloor-ready. The sounds on top take inspiration from multiple genres for a track that finds a perfect balance between the deeper sides of both house and techno.

Next up is ‘Still There’, a stripped deep house tune where filtered percussion, pads and vocals alternate each other, flowing in and out of focus.

Title track ‘Karpati’, a hypnotic techno track, takes inspiration from the mountain region in western Ukraine, the melody reflecting a similar beauty as the Carpathian nature. Add Na Nich’s expert sound design on top, and the result is a deep and captivating trip.

‘Morning Habit’ rounds up the EP by slowing things down for a dubbed out house cut. Chords playfully bounce over the beat for a tune suitable for either the early or very late mornings.

	Back for seconds? We don't blame you. The 1st batch of remixes have started to surface from our earlier releases, and we've boxed them into 'The Remixes: Volume 1'. 8 tracks of re-envisioned club madness, with a familiar taste. 

	Starting it off, Melbourne artist Di Apprentice hop's on Swick and Lewis Cancut's infectiously playful 'Hi Score'  encouraging all de girls a Whine, Whine, Whine. This track screams crossover / radio / dancehall hit, all day. Trouble & Bass's AC Slater shows the greyer side of His Majesty Andre's smash 'Sunshine' with an overcast, garaged influenced mix. All seasons groove, no doubt. Amsterdam's Jeff Doubleu takes Bot's triumphant Barefoot and put some shoes on it. That means you can step the fuck off if you don't like it. Undeniable. The next dish, served by yung Swedish chef Raymond Lam is a unanimous hit at all dinner parties, and discotheques. Hi Score hits the bonus rounds with this remix, already gaining massive support from folks like Clockwork who have pegged it as a peak time set staple. Label man Bot shows another chamber in his ever-expanding arsenal, as he turns Astronomar's rambunctious 'Like This' into a jovial jaunt through warehouse corridors. DC's Nacey remixes one of our most trippy offerings thus far (Will Eastman's 'Caroline'), and spanks it with the funk, harkening memories of a Tennesseean stripper with the sass of Dolly Parton twisted on peach schnapps. That was a good night. No, that was a GREAT night. After that, our Italian cuzzo's 2D Noize spelunk into an ice cave and carve a new version of Astronomar's Pay Attention. Which is amazing, because how do you have time to spelunk when making such sick tracks? And finally, we return to the classics, the first remix we released from Rinse FM's Roska – repacked for your convenience. All 8 tracks are ready for takeout December 10th on Main Course.

We even FLY in the club!” We're more than proud to showcase this raucous party jam from a Canadian trio of DJs and producers - Grandtheft and Smalltown DJs. Seriously among the best party rocking folk in the WORLD, tracks like these manage to combine the energies of their live sets into future digital form/MP3 for the betterment of all mankind. Or, at least the club, for certain. The original version was released as via 'Snacks' in October, and quickly ran up over 100,000 plays, and found it's way into the sets of folks like A-trak, Salva, The Partysquad, and Nadastrom. Returning in 2014 with a full clip, this package contains a monstrous remix from Mad Decent's ETC!ETC! - a trapped out collection of rolling percussion and half time, slicing synth melodies. rising Philly based producer 4B, and New York's Cobra Krames go big, and go bass-y, respectfully to round out the release. So lay back and take it all in young blood, Main Course got that good good.
	
	Grandtheft is a Toronto based producer and DJ, who's been pegged as the next big thing in Electronic music. Tirelessly touring, to support releases such as the massive 'Mobbin' (Mad Decent) and his inescapable remix of 'Treat Me Right' for Keys & Krates. , Grandtheft also making his Ultra Music Festival debut in 2014, and is one of a select group of residents at Surrender Las Vegas. Smalltown DJs are a legendary party rocking duo from Calgary, Alberta. Riding the first wave of DJs that emerged from Diplo's Hollerboard site in the mid 2000s, Smalltown Djs have played shows across the globe from Fabric in London to Paris & Helsinki, across North America, and back. Recently the duo dropped 'See Thru' featuring Broken Social Scene's Lisa Lobsinger on Fools Gold Records. Together, these three are un-fadeable, so please don't try to fade this...

Na Nich returns to his roots after a series of successful releases on respected labels such as Delsin, Semantica, On Board, and Fur:ther Sessions. The Ukrainian producer’s latest EP pays tribute to his foundation in broken beats and bass music — the core of his craft before adopting the Na Nich moniker.
Co-founder of Rhythm Büro and formerly known as Sunchase, Oleksandr Pavlenko shifted from his decades-long bass music career towards house and techno about ten years ago. Yet those early influences never truly disappeared. On Your Curves, Oleksandr skillfully blends his bass-heavy legacy with the sonic palettes characteristic of his later work, merging two worlds into a cohesive sound.
The A-side opens with ‘Unfulfilled Expectations’, a deep roller rich with bass textures and mellow synths. It’s followed by ‘Everything’, a slow burner infused with ’90s vibes, featuring old-school vocal samples and a drum pattern reminiscent of UK garage. On the flip side, ‘Rain Inside’ delivers the EP’s grooviest moment, with broken beats crafted for the dancefloor and an intimate, close-your-eyes 4 a.m. mood. The title track, ‘Your Curves’, closes the EP with a deep and melancholic atmosphere.
This release stands out amid contemporary offerings, reminding listeners that essence always triumphs over form.
