Als alles noch eins war und „Goa“ genannt wurde, entdeckte Astronom die Welt der psychedelischen Klänge. Die Grube, Tara Günther und das Kult im Sauerland mit all den vielen wundervollen Psytrance Partys prägten ihn dabei vor der Jahrtausendwende. Astronom selbst beschreibt diesen Sound als knarzig, verspielt und psychedelisch mit vielen Acidlines, die für Schwung auf dem Dancefloor sorgen. Mit seinen technischen Fertigkeiten verleiht er dem Dancefloor eine eigene Stimmung, die stets vorwärts geht – druckvolle und treibende Basslines unterstützen ihn dabei. Er nimmt die Menschen mit auf eine Reise zu den Sternen, bevor er sie am Ende des Sets wieder sanft auf der Erde landen lässt.
