Bene and Nils aka Kon Faber are two talented young producers from
Berlin. We share quite a few friends and it was just a matter of time
till we would be collaborating. That moment happened beginning 2021 and
from the moment we heard their track Odyssey for the first time it has
been running on repeat in our mountain studio in Portugal.

Logically finding remix artists was not very tricky and we are delighted
to welcome Monkyman back to Hug Records with this beauty of a remix. The
other remixes are coming from Charlie M and Harry Charles and will be
uploaded soon as well. Enjoy the music and lets welcome the arrival of
proper Spring in Europe together.

Boutique imprint Ritual Release announce their upcoming release "Making It Right", a collaborative effort between indie dance artist Woolfy and the producer Love Athletics. Scheduled for release on May 28, 2024, this record is an ambitious synthesis of classic new wave/goth anthems, channelling the spirits of New Order, Depeche Mode, and The Killers with modern sonics and Disco savant twist.

The original "Making It Right" sets the theme with dark, chuggy Disco vibes, Woolfy’s vocals echo the haunting tones of Peter Murphy and Ian Curtis with lyrics that hold the complexities of love and romanticism, drawing parallels between its cyclical nature and the constant rotation of the world. Resilience and determination shine through as the song explores the journey of overcoming obstacles to find love's ultimate fulfilment. Well loved artists Prins Thomas, Ilya Santana are joined by the emerging Boys' Shorts with an impressive line-up of remixes. Founded by Jeremy aka @Funky-Chap to unite music lovers to spread music news, new tracks, old tracks, unknown artists, good vibes, events within your region to people who appreciate music and its different genres. The podcast first launched at the start of 2013, successfully bringing in a variety of DJs based all over the world who are truly passionate about music. Everyone has their own way of interpreting the sunset mood and it is about enjoying their perspective when they are behind the decks :)  

We have a fresh podcast from a different DJ every week.. sometimes more often sometimes less. The music style is all about what the DJ is feeling at the moment with the common theme of having that beautiful sunset in the background wherever you may come from or where you are currently based.
