2021 mini mix

Hour plus long continuous segment that made up most of set two on 3.4.2022 at Mr. Smalls in Pittsburgh, PA. 

The Catacombs jam was groove heavy with funk and blues tones over the dance beat before dropping into a big half-time, major key modular improvisation that felt like the soundtrack to the primordial origins of the universe. This segued back into a house beat setting up the debut of Innerbloom – a remixed cover of the Rufus Du Sol hit – that featured Jesse on his modular rig and vocals from a sampled Gabe Otto. The outro transitioned into Did Fatt, which saw an extended jam that peaked with a guitar rock moment with Luke and Tim on power chords playing an imagined indie rock anthem. This released into a Wax to close out the set.

Imagined: Primordial Origins

Window Pain was a form of LSD in the 1960's - 1980's - it is easily made from local plants, and most researchers and doctors today are now saying microdosing helps depression and can alter people's interpretation of the world around them. These alterations on a whole, can help. If done in proper settings. There are many stories and urban mythologies that talk about people dropping "Acid" as it was commonly called. Interrupting a friends or other persons relaxing, taking in the effects. Then, using that vulnerability against them, staging fake murders or other cruel intentions to fool people as jokes. Some went horribly wrong. The government used LSD on its own troops. The "Unwilling Subjects" were exposed to very pure very concentrated doses. These type experiments can alter a person's perception of the world around them permanently. It may also affect their own body's genetic structure.
