Neuralis whose real name is Roberto Martinez is a Spanish DJ and producer originating from Granada. His interest in electronic music started at a very young age and has consumed his adult life.

His initial exposure to electronic music developed in his home town to the sounds of Techno and House. At his first major event Creamfields in Almeria, Spain he was introduced to Progressive House and other melodies by artists such as John Digweed, James Holden and Hernan Cattaneo.

He got his first pair of decks aged just nineteen and started to perform at venues across his home town. As he gained experience and a bigger repertoire he started to venture further performing in cities such as Madrid, Córdoba, Seville, and Málaga.

He has shared the wheels of steel with renowned heavyweights including Guy J, Darin Epsilon, Quivver, Nick Muir, Kamilo Sanclemente, Quivver, Cid Inc, Hernan Cattaneo, and many more. His productions focus on Melodic and Progressive House and Techno and he has releases on a fair few labels.

He's currently based in Seville and holds regular events across the urban sprawl in collaboration with other electronic artists based in the city and beyond. His main focus is to develop his production abilities and release quality melodies in the coming year.

His music is constantly supported by artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Gai Barone, Nicolas Rada, Dj Ruby, Ruben Karapetyan, Dowden, Paul Thomas, Alexey Sonar, Fonarev, Mayro, Cream and many others.

Stuart has been part of the House scene for more than 15 years and has performed in every continent in the world.

Long associated with the legendary Hed kandi, he's headlined some of the Worlds most glamorous events including Macau China, Punta Del Este Uruguay and Cape Town, South Africa, not to mention bringing in the New Year at Pacha, Florianopolis Brazil!

He mixes a variety of soulful warm ups, deep house, bass to sumptuous disco and main room anthems. From intimate clubs, beach & pool parties to festivals, his effervescent style never fails to serve up hands in the air action on global dancefloors.

On the production side, Stuart is becoming a household name with many tracks topping the worldwide download charts and was recently voted at Number 29 of the Traxsource House Artists of 2014.

Stuart also mixed, compiled and produced the 'Hed Kandi Taste of' series album, which topped the iTunes download charts.

BACKGROUND Hegstraction grew up in the 80s & 90s heavily influenced by the emergent electronic music in Amiga, Nintendo & PlayStation video games & the movie soundtracks by electronic music pioneers Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis & Kraftwerk. Recent influences from German techno DJ/producers Felix Krocher & Stephan Bodzin.

INSPIRATION His inspiration differs from most artists as it comes from the dance floor where he is most at home. From over 20 years experiencing DJ sets worldwide throughout Europe, Asia, South & North America, his ideas have been shaped.

METHODOLOGY He approaches each track as a mini set, building up slowly, using level changes, sounds that stimulate & energize, following Skeletalism (using closely related sounds) & Massification (layering sounds over time) methods.

Mixing up elegant, post-digital House, Techno and Dub Techno like a mothafucker... Former spin doctor - now a journo, radio presenter & sync-button soldier of ill repute...

Since moving to Barcelona 16 years ago, Mark J (aka Supagroove) has worked with many of Spain's coolest electronic music brands such as Blanco y Negro Records (A&R projects with Vendetta Records), Loca FM (Broadcaster) & Pacha Group, DJing regularly at the first ever Pacha in the world in Sitges for 5 years.

As a ‘muso’ hack, Mark is currently the nightlife editor of Barcelona Connect Magazine and writes high profile features for leading publications like Decoded Magazine, the Sun newspaper, or whoever else pays real money. Recent victims from memory include Jean-Michel Jarre, Dubfire, Laurent Garnier, Funk D'Void, Vitalic and emerging talent like Charlotte de Witte, Coyu or Mark Reeve among many, many others.

From 2003 until 2009, he also put in a few hours representing or managing artists like vocalist Kaysee (projects with Subliminal Records, Hed Kandi & Pacha Recordings), Lenny Fontana (Studio 54 & Defected Records) & Andrew Galea from The Freestylers. From this, he gained extensive music industry experience, especially in broadcast journalism, digital rights management and music publishing.
