Imagine a driver who was reluctant to pull the car into the pit lane they don't believe that it will help them to win. They don't believe they have to pick team that's required to make the car go faster. This is the concept behind an exploration of the second major Ingredient of team performance and productivity.

The driver points the nose cone of the car where they want to go – ahead of the next car and towards the finishing line. The focus is clear.
