A melancholic journey, where the spirit has overcome the past like a bird soaring over the mountains. The track was started in North Carolina USA right as the turmoil of the elections hit. It brought an urgent focus to everything, including the direction music was headed. The energy started flowing, new tracks started to emerge and Shades evolved to another level.

The duo of French producer THe WHite SHadow (FR) so far releasing at Stil Vor Talent, GU Music and Argentina based Ubbah (Parquet Recordings, Timeless Moment) made up an amazing release we couldn't pass over. Catching the splendid main track 'Anonymous' featuring smooth vocals of Winnick was caught played by maestro Solomun and we are sure by more melodic lovers all over the globe in future. 'Mantra' and 'The Prophet' are set to diverse the EP potential showcasing the duo's ability to provide purely different kinds of music. The Planisphere of Dendera is one of the oldest astronomical messages left on the humanity by ancient Egyptian priests. Also known as the Dendera Zodiac or the Zodiac of Osiris (as it was dedicated to Osiris) and was located in the temple complex of Hathor in Dendera, a small town on the nile, close to Luxor.
The Dendera Zodiac is an ancient astronomical map which contains all the information needed to calculate the movement of Earth from one zodiac sign to another for approximately 30000 years, which corresponds to the axial precession cycle.
The ancient Egyptians knew well the secrets of precession and the basis of their calculations is the great year – 25,920 years. One astrological era is equal to 1/12 of the precession of Earth’s axis and corresponds to 2160 years.
The celestial arch is represented by a disc held up by four pillars of the sky in the form of women, between which are inserted falcon-headed spirits.
The four pairs of figures represent the cardinal points, while all twelve figures indicate the months. In the inner circle, the main fixed stars are shown for orientation, and the circle is divided into 36 deans, each resulting in an Egyptian week of ten days.
In this way the stars were observed and recorded over thousands of years, with incredible precision. These are known to us today as constellations, each one has its place in the sky and can be observed at a certain time. It’s a crazy world outside right now but fortunately Mobilee are on hand with some genuine ‘Common Sense’. 

Literally… ‘Common Sense’ comes courtesy of the consistently on-point Spanish producer Squire AKA ex-Formula 1 driver Jaime Alguersuari, a man who’s been responsible for a whole string of beguiling cuts on the likes of Flying Circus, Bar 25 and My Favourite Robot in recent years. This is his Mobilee debut and, like everything he’s done in his career to date, he’s stepped up once again for the occasion.

With support from Dixon and Trikk already pledged, ‘Common Sense’ is shaping up to be one of this season’s most unexpected anthems. Introspective, measured and dusted with emotive chords, it’s coated with the dynamic harmonic vocal layers of Graham Baxter (of Flowers & Sea Creatures; the inimitable deep indie game-changers who burst through on Buzzin Fly 10 years ago), and has the emotive potential to stop a dancefloor in their tracks and take their breath away.

It’s complemented by ‘Peacock Ritual’. More majestic in its epic church-like glow as arpeggios spiral upwards into the ether and crystalise before your ears, this is hypnotic peaktime material right here make no bones about it. The perfect foil to ‘Common Sense’… A crazy world can also demand crazy moments of total dancefloor immersion.
