I have creatively transformed my original version of Crimson Horizon - Orchestral Version to create an atmosphere of corrupted people in the otherworld, there are some that choose to stay till nearly the end of the composition, leaving the harp to enter into the crimson horizon, night sky alone.

This song originated with Mark creating a bass line to a metronome, and sharing it with Ken. Ken immediately added his driving drums, and invited the rest of the EC to join in. JJ was first up, laying in his foundational organ, and e. piano magic in the first half, and the cosmic synth melody in the second part. Batting second was Josh, who established the melody in the first half with his electric mandolin, and mirrors the melody in the second half with the same. Next came Tez, who laid in the funky guitar right after the first break, all the way to the end. Batting clean up was Chris, who laid in the psych guitar in the first section, as well as the high guitar part in the second movement. Of course, we needed an expert producer to mix this for us, so we turned to Stephen, who always gets it exactly to everyone's specifications. That in and of itself is quite a skill, and I don't know how he does it, but everyone is always satisfied with his work.
  This is the second song we've done with Mark, who is a tremendously talented bass player, and delightfully creative songwriter. If you aren't familiar with his work, do yourself a favor and hop on over to his page for some delicious bass music. We hope you enjoy listening to this song as much as we enjoyed making it.

The Adventures of Stefan Ortez (Eclectic Collective)

We suffered a great loss in our community recently. 2 young lives murdered over drugs and , just lost young souls seeking a direction to belong and choosing the wrong path, which ended in betrayal and a huge loss of life for 2 young men. 
Can't quite wrap my brain around it, as I knew some of these kids,  I was capturing their 'moments' during my sports photography days, a few years ago. All I saw , from my camera lens, was young shining talented youth, bound for a HOPEFUL future. 
But , the camera , that captures the smiles and achievements ,cant reveal the broken heart or the lost soul beneath that facade.
WE all are hurting , in this community for the 2 who lost their lives and the 3 who made a heartless choice that night , to abruptly end the life of two of their 'friends' over something as insignificant , as a drug money debt. 
Its so painful to think of all the multitude of lives affected by this tragedy and all the questions , that no one can ever answer...
Let's  LOVE our children, not just the ones we birthed, but all of them. They need us now, more than ever. We have to somehow be there for them. Sometimes, one person, one 'interruption' in their life, can make all the difference. Don't be afraid to 'interrupt 'anyone, when you notice the need to do so. Time to be bold and take a chance to be there for our young ones !
