This Sahman Records episode brings you SOLITARY SHELL with this brand new live set with a lot of unreleased tracks. The set is a travel in his universe, starting with some darker tracks to end in a more luminos and uplifting vibe. His melodic style is spiced up with many psychedelic elements and a powerful driving energy, which can catch the attention of any listener, wether they want to dance under the sunset or lay down and let their mind wander off. Solitary Shell is a Psytrance live act created by Raphaël from Lyon, France. In love with this music since his experiences at Hadra in 2014 and Freedom Festival, he started to mix and produce to show people his vision of the genre. His style can be described as powerful Full-On which both uses elements from the more melodic and daytime side of psytrance as well as the more psychedelic, aggressive night-time side. He wants people to live the same transcendental experiences that you can witness during summer festivals.

GOROVICH is a Psytrance producer and DJ known for his innovative style and sound. He has performed on some of the biggest dance floors around the world, bringing a hypnotic vibration to his audiences.
Nimrod Gorovich's journey as a musician began as a drummer in the Tel Aviv indie scene. He later transitioned into the electronic world and founded the groundbreaking duo "Empirikal," became a part of the legendary project "Loud," and ultimately created his solo project as GOROVICH. 
In his constant exploration and experimentation with new sounds and approaches to music, he continues to push the boundaries of Psytrance with his unique and captivating style.

With past releases on TIP Records and Hommega, GOROVICH joined Iboga Records with his debut album ‘Vortex’. His musical arsenal contains remixes and collaborations, including Ace Ventura, Captain Hook, LOUD, Eat Static, Juno Reactor, Out Of Orbit, Psysex, Eitan Reiter, Skizologic, Dekel, Perfect Stranger, Dori Sadovnik (aka Red Axes) and many more.
GOROVICH has played in countless festivals and venues, including: Ozora Festival, Boom Festival, Psy-Fi Festival, Babilon, Adhana, Mandallha, Baoba, Nibiri, and the list goes on – Promising a unique vibrating musical experience.

Origin Festival 2025

Following their successful releases on Chequered Wax, Fresh Take Records and Andras Records, Bristol & Brighton based duo Sonic Juncture, comprised of Josh Twigge-Molecey & George Protheroe, share their latest EP 'Planetary Pursuit' with Westival Records.

Their opening track, 'XDimensional' hits us with an attention-grabbing sub bass that continues throughout, with a variety of synth textures and a running bassline to take the listener on a spook-filled, trancey journey from beginning to end.

The second track on the EP 'Thursday Groove' is driven by a rubbery bassline, jazzy chords, and crisp percussion. The track cruises through rich synth textures and subtle atmospheres, striking a perfect balance between laid-back groove and dancefloor intent.

'Find My Way' teases us with delayed, garage-like vocals and a mixture of energetic percussion combined with an arpeggiated bass, synthy riffs and tambourine sounds for the track's duration.

In true alignment with the EP's title, 'Planetary Pursuit' (Dub Mix) forms a progressive banger starting with saw tooth synth riffs and an 80s style snare, which make way for a groovy bass synth at the drop. The soulful vocals (Vocal Mix), saxophone reverbs and pipe-like synth throughout add further layers of differentiation to a chaotic yet atmospheric floor-stomper.
