Del Hale, better known as Miss Twink USA, is a high-energy DJ and producer from Chicago with an ear for alt-energy sonics with a larger-than-life club finish. Truly, a divine presence in and out of the booth. They are the co-runner of the Chicago-based platforms Legion of Doom and Rumors Chicago.

Our 50th mix of the series, comes from a friend to Research & Development. Chicago artist Akeem Asani produces and DJs as Millia. In his latest mix, he delivers an hour of percussive-heavy bass music, with club cuts from his personal vinyl collection.

Working under the moniker Swim Ignorant Fire since 2005; musician, audio engineer, and sound artist Stephen Holliger has spent the last 2 decades recording, touring and collaborating extensively around the midwest. Holliger sculpts his cinematic ambient soundscapes using field recordings, fm / abstract synthesis, sample manipulation, and bass guitar
to create immersive moving environments. 

His latest self-titled full length is available through Island House Recordings in New York (Oct 15th) ; Holliger works in collaboration with Yea Big on gamelan bells and Nate Hahn on pedal steel (Ohtis) as a trio. Holliger also performs with Eddie Breitweiser (pt.fwd) as Slow Dog; and is co-founder of No Below Editions, a small midwest label devoted to local experimental music with limited curated physical run media.
