The transformation of the backing vocals here is so cool and unexpected

Such smooth, subtle transitions and movement of energy. Very effective filter sweep and sidechaining. Emotionally, it makes me feel like everything's gonna be okay. There's just enough harmonic tension to convey emotional complexity.And that drop? Incredible.

Love the club feel and I can hear the sadness in the track.

I really like how the chords came in so smoothly

Hands down the most emotional gig I've ever played at...but all of the DJ's and artists brought their A-game peformances for our beloved friend Mallorca Lee at 1994 in Glasgow on Saturday! 

Here is my live set from the event....a collection of old school tracks that I love, some tracks that I know Mallorca loved, some Ultra Sonic tracks, some tracks that I've remixed for Mallorca and also some that he was involved in!

Over time you bend and shape your own existence around them....maybe as powerful as the way you think about life, down to something as simple as the way you look at that tree down the street that now gives you hope for the future.

That’s how SW describes himself as a DJ/Producer. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on  an eclectic combination of Rock (Metallica, AC/DC), Trance (Armin Van Buuren, Infected Mushroom, Dash Berlin ), Progressive House (Kaskade, Morgan Page, Space Motion), and synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, Ah-ha, Eurythmics) all which became infused with his own love for both Movie Scores and Video Game music, SW ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, captured happiness, a dance floor that inspires, and a chance to find that special events groove. 

A very active member of his local community, SW is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a Small-Town/City music scene. Though he loves playing in nightclubs, patios, special events, Mainstage has become his home. Opening up for artists like emmy-nominated Morgan Page and legendary Psy-Duo Infected Mushroom, SW always leaves the dancefloor ecstatic and inspired!!
