Record Sounds Like: Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Synth Wave, Deep Electronic, Techno I-Robots & Opilec Music are excited to present a very special remix package featuring three reworkings. Inspired by the early work of Joy Division, New Order and Ian Curtis, a set of artists who were in turn inspired also by the Italo wave directly and created a generation of music that sent shockwaves through global music. Opilec Music present a special remix collection for-COBALTO+'s "Atmosphere". Featuring an I-Robots Reconstruction alongside remixes from Luca Vera and Riggel. Leading the pack I-Robots provides his own take on the track, having worked previously reworking some remakes like Blue Monday, Dirty Talk and Lucky Star, I-Robots rework was heavily influenced by the works of those music greats and the sound from New Order to Kraftwerk - completing the circle of musical inspiration that knows no borders. His reconstruction celebrates an era of sound that blurs the sounds between post-punk, Italo, Pop and other Electronic sounds. -COBALTO+ themselves are an Italian band best known for working recently with Tim Palmer, their “Atmosphere” track is a remake of Joy Division’s 1980 classic - featuring "Lilith" the ex singer of “Not Moving” an early 80’s kult Italian rock band: their remake first appeared on their -COBALTO+ 2018 LP "Citus Mutus". Rounding out the EP we have remixes from Luca Vera and Riggel, each taking the track in their own unique direction with no compromises.

Ever since Animal Trainer launched their global party campaign, the Swiss duo’s unique brand of ‘slow rave’ has captured the imaginations of countless electronic music lovers all over the world and spread their gospel to thousands, if not millions, of music lovers. Adrian Flavor and Samy Jackson are the two men behind Animal Trainer, a dynamic duo which grew up on a diet of the world’s very best electronic music artists in their hometown, Zurich. Driven by passion for the music and an insatiable appetite for the party, Adrian and Samy have become two of the hottest properties on the international circuit and represent the epitome of what Switzerland’s new generation of artists has to offer. Raised in a city with arguably the strongest club scene in Switzerland, Animal Trainer made their name through a series of parties called ‘Rakete’, which still take place at the infamous Hive club. The duo had already spent some time refining their skills as DJs before launching the event, but their sterling reputation was cemented at the club. It was only a matter of time before the ambitious duo pushed things a step further by injecting their love and passion into creating their own music. Geboren und aufgewachsen an der Ostsee, zog es den jungen DJ & Veranstalter Raik alias Diskokatze vor einigen Jahren aus der nördlichen Provinz in die Hauptstadt der Republik.
Mit einer Hand voll Freunden mitbegründete er 2018 das Free Open- Air Kollektiv EXIT und organisierte wenig später die ersten Veranstaltungen im Busch der Hauptstadt.
Im Frühjahr 2019 stand ein weiteres Projekt in den Startlöchern, das Musik- und Eventlabel Katzenjammer Rec. Berlin war geboren.
Als Booker, Onlinemarketing Manager und Dekoboy ist Diskokatze einer von sechs Haupt Organisatoren des Jubeljahre Festivals in Galenbeck.
Verloren hat sich der Wahlberliner in dem Genre Minimal- Techno.
Rollende Basslines mit psychedelisch, verspielten Einflüssen bestimmen sein Soundbild.
Adressen wie der Jonny Knüppel, die Burg Schnabel, der Hamburger BAALSAAL und das Fundbureau, sowie die Best Bar Khao San Road in Bangkok oder der legendäre Oxa Beach Koh Phangan zählen zu seinen Referenzen.

BEYOND NOW proudly announces their 10th BEYOND MIX #010 by berlin-based Producer and DJ Robin Schellenberg. His productions oscillate between a soft dystopian void full of sweeping build up’s, that drift endlessly into an infinite sky, twisting from a warm unisono into harsher electronics, to break down into perfectly saturated beats, that house themselves in the mid-tempo field, referencing minimal grooves from contemporary downbeat productions. Even if we are not talking about dark techno here, Robin loves its aesthetic and manages to translate them into his music, without drifting into cold industrial repetition – it’s more a deep yearning for the horizon, pulling the dancer forward with soft melancholy. Let's welcome @robinschellenberg !
