Born in Cologne, Germany and now based in London, Fabich has taken the world by storm with his refined blend of soulful, funky, and hip hop inspired dance music. Sporting a long list of stellar collaborators like Jack LNDN, Ferdinand Weber, Jafunk, and SAINT WKND, official remixes for Pat Lok, M83, and Avicii, appearances on Eton Messy, and his own star-studded mixtape series “12 Tracks Tape”, Fabich has proved be a luminary artist in the scene. Hot off the release of his two new singles “What I Wanted” and “Back to Life” Fabich delivers us some sunny daytime disco vibes for the latest installment of our weekly mix series. We are excited to welcome Sydney Blu to the mix series today. The Toronto based producer and DJ has had a long a successful career that began when she started out as a DJ back in the year 2000.  Over the years she has spanned the globe sharing her music and talents. She is coming in hot from Miami Music Week where Sydney used to call home for a time. His releases from Simma Black, Cr2, Dopewax and Undr The Radr and many others caught our attention a couple years ago and we have been keeping an eye out ever since. His productions have also gained attention from the likes of BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong and Roger Sanchez to name a couple.  In addition he has recently launched his own successful label In Tune Recordings. Today we’re pleased to present our latest guest mix from an artist brand new to the LAMP family. Gianni is an Oregon native who first cut his teeth as a DJ in Pittsburg’s eminent hip hop scene. Since relocating to Los Angeles in 2016 he has been making waves in the city’s expansive hip hop and beat scene crushing sets at the popular Cuffing Season and Re-Up party installments, as well as providing DJ support for burgeoning rappers including Benji, Omenihu, and Andre Hondo. In addition to expanding his career as a DJ, he’s focused his gaze on production and has been working tirelessly in the studio on solo and collaborative projects slated for release later this year. For his guest mix he delivers a stellar selection of funk, soul, hip hop and disco infused beats sure to induce good vibes and better dance moves for those within earshot. Merkaba Music has always had a sold focus on dance floor friendly groove. Being a part of a psychedelic subculture has also helped shape the textures and flavors of sound throughout the catalog. 
Solid Stone pulls together a coherent selection of squelchy, edgy, deep, bouncy and sometimes heavy grooves that seek to stimulate the mind as well as the body. 
Selecting these tunes and telling them as a story was an absolute delight that formed and flowed, like most of the mixes in the Textures series, one sunny day in a beautiful garden-scape in Bali.

two weekends ago, the stars aligned and I was graced with the opportunity to showcase my music at one of the most legendary underground music events on the west coast… Moontribe. It is my favorite party of the year and this year was my turn to show off some of my musical style. I combined some originals with a bunch of my favorite heavy hitters for this 10pm - 11:30pm set on that beautiful Sunday night. Chadwick - Moontribe 26ear Anniversary

I can’t tell you what an amazing adventure this was! I was blown away to be asked to headline the Deities & Demons Masquerade Ball on Halloween at Alex & Allyson Grey’s incredible Chapel of Sacred Mirrors in New York! I’ve been a huge fan of the Grey’s visionary art for many many years, it has helped me understand my own spiritual journey and depicted feelings and experiences that are so difficult to describe. 

It was an spectacular gathering of remarkable people, all dressed in phenomenal masquerade costume! To be able to play music at that place with those people was truly an unforgettable experience! 

This set brings together a lot of the eastern and melodic sounds, combined with witchy and orchestral vibes, and of course, lots of fat bass!

Huge thanks to Alex, Allyson, Eli and the team at CoSM for their warm hospitality and for creating such a magical night!

This mix was recorded at Moontribe’s 26 year anniversary gathering. This circumstances around this recording are rather unique, as during the days leading up to this event my dog of 10+ years passed away while on a road trip with myself, my wife and my daughter, as we were on our way to this event. The week leading up to this event was also my wife and I's first year wedding anniversary, father’s day, and also my birthday. This three hour set was originally intended as a birthday celebration, but on a personal level, this set was more of a eulogy to my dog Lilo. She was the really the best dog I could ever ask for, and our family will forever miss her.
