The single «Stargaze» is a debut appearance for Sunn Jellie in на лейбле Intricate Cuts, although the attentive followers of the label have already noticed the original version in the tracklist of Intricate Records’ special compilation issued by the time of the label family’s participation in the annual Amsterdam Dance Event music conference in late 2013. Besides that, quite a long time ago the Ukrainian producer did a remix of «Two Worlds» by Sergey Tkachev and also managed to get featured in the Christmas 2014 sampler of the Russian progressive label. This frenzied activity of course became noticed by the label audience and team, as a result a full-featured single by the artist will see the light of day on Intricate Cuts. The original production, «Stargaze», is a slow-motion dreamy audio-mantra which sends the listener to the far edges of the galaxy into an impressively long journey. The happy people were so glad to hear this track – they made a special fan-video consisting of sci-fi movies, automotive footage and magnificent images of the night sky shot using the timelapse technology. The remixes by the Dutch trio Envotion and Russian musician Cosmonaut are a slightly different story which is about more dancefloor-friendly sound and adjusted higher tempo. Every participant involved put a special touch on «Stargaze» through the prism of the own sound: Envotion have built a soft progressive track while Cosmonaut combined the main theme with a livelier techno beat.

After a magnificent contest that saw a number of strong entries, we are pleased to deliver the full release of South Pole & Lumidelic's gorgeous single 'Afterglow', including both remixes from the contest winners.

The original mix is a magnificent arrangement of luscious melodies and driving basslines provided by the collaborative efforts of Emergent Music residents South Pole and Lumidelic, both of which have made respectable names for themselves as leading producers in today's progressive house genres. Contest Grand Prize Winner Emiliano Secchi delivers a jaw-dropping chillout rendition, one that truly had our entire team in complete awe at the gracefulness and beauty this remix delivers. Following up on the contest is ReDub, who provides a unique twist on the remix, bringing out a nice tropical vibe that just couldn't be denied once we heard it.

Easily one of our most diverse and unique releases to date, this is 'Afterglow'.

Irish talent Jay FM adds another chapter to his growing musical contribution to our stable, courtesy of a glorious deep house EP. His intricate offerings always reach great emotional depths. His latest, the "Timeless" EP, is no exception, as it offers a textured backdrop to a pensive spring walk. 

The gush of a gong signals the beginning of "Timeless" and is soon followed by a pumping bass. Delicate percussive hits join the fray, just as a breakdown sheds these layers, offering a few fleeting moments of a truly blissful soundscape. The returning bass offers an energetic groove that is balanced by sweeping chords and soft vocals, allowing us to lay back and experience the lush and romantic composition unfold. 

In "Come," airy vocals swirl behind the main melodic motifs of the track, which includes an impressionistic piano score; the vocals retain the subtlety of a deep exhale, carrying a sweeping array of emotions as they gently repeat "come." As the song progresses, the piano melodies reverberate with the sensual coolness of an evening breeze. Gently pulsating percussion emulates the consistent beat of a heart, giving life to this timeless composition.

Russian label veteran Stendahl is back with a brand new EP, "Dystopia," featuring three captivating downtempo cuts.

The title cut, "Dystopia," is introduced by a haunting atmosphere, with subtle piano strokes and captivating sound effects. Soon thereafter, numerous percussion elements emerge, as well as hypnotizing vocal stems that truly add great texture to the song.

In "Sunrise," stunning piano melodies introduce the track, as well as lush strings in the background. As the song evolves, we witness dazzling vocal elements and intriguing percussion layers that blend perfectly with the strong piano theme.

As with the two other tracks on "Dystopia," "The Sea Of Rains" features an enjoyable piano line, hypnotizing vocal elements, and lush background effects. Furthermore, this track includes a frisky breakbeat to spice up things a little further.
