For our 86th episode we´ve invited @triqi030.

Triqi is a Berlin raised and based DJ that first started her journey DJing while studying in Amsterdam. Now back in her hometown she has started a collective and mix series project Paradisco, joined the FLINTA* collective BLVSH and is a member of the local THF radio crew. For this mix, she's traversed from a slow and chunky 90s dub towards progressive house, bouncy latin-infused rhythms with a sprinkle of electro and old school breakbeat.

"Just as I had my first rave experiences in the bunker about 10 years ago, i still see it, or would like to see it, as a place where I experience music that I don't normally encounter on a daily basis or that I don't normally listen to myself. I have always experienced the special in the unknown. In the same way my sets are meant to take the listener into a state of novelty and unfamiliarity. Into a deep experience of rhythmic selected music. In this mix, my approach was to create a multi-layered repetitive soundscape but not like techno but from progressiv and tech-house related tracks. This creates a slower but no less groovy experience. The setup were 2x turntables and 2x cdjs - two or three tracks are always playing - always in the mix with constant adjustment and eq sculpting - its rough - hell yeah - but fuck perfection. Love Mika"
