Placed his hand upon my head
"There are forbidden sunbeams,
You have not beheld yet."
Among the solemn columns
The Sleeper hath lain down
Vigorous dreams, among these beams,
Resonate with deafening sound

Columns crack as time recoils,
A godless hymn and fractured soils.
Rivers writhe in liquid stone,
The temple breathes, I stand alone!
The Sleeper stirs, the sun recoils,
Its beams ignite forgotten toils.
What once was still now bends and breaks,
An empty world that fear creates!

"Be still," croaked the Demon,
As it's body writhed and grew.
"These secrets, they are boundless,
They will unravel you."
In this state of desolation,
Where stone flowers bloom,
Pain exists, through ghastly mists
"I shall reclaim my doom!"

"Shatter the glass," sighed the Demon,
As the temple drank from the sky.
"These prisms, bent by witchery,
Hold souls who won't be denied."
A harp with strings of iron
Played tunes of feral grace.
Mothers wept, as devils crept,

"Relinquish time," croaked the Demon,
As its body turned to steam.
A final hiss, a ghastly mist,
A most vigorous dream..
