Give Me All Your Love

Black Acre are definitely on a roll at the moment. With a discography already boasting heavy-hitters from the likes of Fantastic Mr. Fox, Romare and Dark Sky, they steamrolled through the past year with Clap! Clap!’s debut album Tayi Bebba - an afro-influenced funbag with generous amounts of footwork and bass around the 135bpm mark.

The Bristol-based imprint are refusing to pull the handbrake. They dip in again with a fresh rave-bunker from thrifty newcomer, Tsunga. Under Scratcha’s wing, Tsunga began his heavily distorted attack on the dance floor last year with the terrifying “Feisar”, melding a 92’ hardcore sensibility with grime’s ferocity. “Maris Piper” is fine chop and twist work. Built on Hulk-heavy low-end surges and relentless head-knocking breaks, it’s classic jungle techno at its best.

It arrives both digitally and on clear 10” vinyl on the 4th May 2015.

2015 kept @Ambassadeurs extremely busy with a slew of EPs and his debut album – “Patterns” released on Lost Tribe Records. 

Now back in the studio recording his second album, Mark is dropping this EP in the interim to keep the fans sweet. He wrote these tracks during an escape in the autumn from the city to the countryside. The change of scenery from concrete to wilderness is reflected in the more organic sounds on this 4 tracker, which was written with the bare minimum of equipment to hand, even sampling some old cassettes that were left behind in the cottage where he was staying. 

so while a simpler and more stripped back approach was adopted on this EP, it’s still distinctively his sound neatly executed to see a great year out.

El material sonoro que se presenta en esta producción, es un copilado grabado directamente sobre terreno de algunas comunidades indígenas de Talamanca, en cooperación con mi labor de investigación como etnomusicólogo y antropólogo de la música. Muchas gracias al gran aporte de Jorge Luis Acevedo Vargas del Conservatorio de Música de la Universidad de Costa Rica por su gran inspiración y trabajo. Dichas compilaciones fueron grabadas con condiciones sumamente difíciles por los contextos geográficos y socioculturales de nuestros territorios indígenas. Por el cual le solicitamos el público interesado en valorar esta antología sonora, no desde una visión técnica sino pedagógica y amplia de nuestras manifestaciones musicales con nuestros pueblos originarios costarricenses.
Dentro del materia sonoro seleccionado en la investigación recopilamos Cantos de Sorbón (bul), Cantos Sukias (awapa), cantos de adoración y algunos elementos mágicos de algunos animales que describen características y habilidades propios de las selvas de Talamanca como es la danta (Naí) el gavilan (Tsai) , el armadillo (Tsawaí) y el tigre (Nmú),  Con el objetivo de dar a conocer y promover nuestras variadas manifestaciones musicales y culturales de nuestros pueblo originarios, producido con mucho respeto y admiración.

This EP was created as a dedication to water. We believe water is life and want to honor the water not only as a gift and birth right, but also as a medicine. We pray that all future generations can have clean water, that we could take care of all the waters of the world; the rivers, the oceans, the lakes, and that we could learn to take care of the water inside of us. 

This EP was inspired by a show that I created honoring water for a musical residency in Mykonos, Greece where I was surrounded by water daily. We would sing and play water songs before an altar that honored the water and finish our show by offering the water from the altar back to the ocean. 

Thank you for listening and supporting this mission of wellness and consciousness for our beautiful and sacred Mother Earth and her waters.

Terri (Sings with Ravens) Rivera One of the Founders of Serpent Mound Spring Seed and Water Peace Summit.
As a singer/songwriter she was nominated for a Native American Music Award and came in runner-up in the John Lennon song writing contest.
She grew up in Idaho along the Snake River. She now lives with her husband Tom (Johnson) own Alternate Universe Rock Shop. (House of Phacops) just three miles from the Serpent Mound State Park on the southeastern edge of a five-mile wide impact crater. The shop is also sitting on top of a 17.5 km long fault line that is miles deep and is emitting a constant flow of positive energy. Terri has presented and given workshops throughout the U.S. and Mexico. She has worked with healers from around the world to hold spiritual retreats in various global locations. Conexoes Musicais (Musical Connections) is music festival organized by the Centro da Cultura Judaica (Jewish Cultural Center) of Sao Paulo with Israeli and Brazilian musicians. The first contact between the musicians happens just a few days before each concert, leading them to develop a strong interaction to  unique performance. As well as other activities of the Centro da Cultura Judaica, the festival tries to make a reflection about the Israeli and Brazilian cultures in their complexity and propose different possibilities of dialogues. "Even in his most aggressive and complex works, Bulgarian producer Etien Slavchev has always managed to find a place for transparent and moody ambient layers, giving his music an overwhelming sense of nostalgia and melancholy. In ‘Somnambulant Fog’ the ambiance is at the foreground of the music and yet it’s approached from multiple angles. While pieces like ‘When My Waves Grew’ or ‘Softer Double’ explore a more polished and melodic sound, Evitceles classics like ‘Arms Around’ and ‘Indigo Breath’ are reminding us of the project’s early days of a more lo-fi leaning production.
