~ "Large Scale Hangover marks the third release for me on система | system. As the other releases I've made, every track has been recorded live on the modular.
The recordings seem to shift to a techno point of no return where I truly enjoy myself. That is to say, techno live improvisation on a huge restrictive synthesizer.
I tried many times to create music while sitting in front of a computer. It didn't work. I need to be standing up and patching. While creating music on a software can be a real game changer it absolutely doesn't work for me. I need to be working live and spend a few hours on a track or I get confused.
The music I make is the reflexion of what happens in my life at that exact moment. The way it is captured live with no way whatsoever to rework it makes it a living entity on its own that tells a lot about myself. My mental health then has a direct impact on the result.
I can't see any other way to do music, it has to be created in the moment, it has become a need." ~ Überkeine

Записи, кажется, переходят в техно-точку невозврата, когда я действительно получаю удовольствие. То есть живая техно-импровизация на огромном синтезаторе с ограничениями.
Я много раз пытался сочинять музыку, сидя за компьютером. Это не работает для меня. Мне нужно работать с железом, чтобы получать удовольствие от производства музыки. Хотя создание музыки с помощью программного обеспечения может по-настоящему изменить правила игры, но для меня это абсолютно не работает. Мне нужно работать вживую и провести несколько часов на треке, иначе я запутаюсь.
Музыка, которую я пишу, - это отражение того, что происходит в моей жизни именно в этот момент. То, как он запечатлен вживую, без какой-либо возможности переделать его, все это делает \тот момент живым существом, которое многое рассказывает обо мне через музыку. Мое психическое здоровье напрямую влияет на результат и на саунд моей музыки.

We are proud to present two new EPs from De Bons en Pierre, the duo of Beau Wanzer @bwanz & Maoupa Mazzocchetti @maoupa-mazzocchetti . Beau Wanzer spends the majority of his days sifting through paraffin embedded animal tissues and reading old issues of Fangoria, occasionally breaking his monotonous routine to record in various fits and bursts. As well as solo material, he is also in numerous projects including Streetwalker, Mutant Beat Dance, Civil Duty, and Corporate Park. Maoupa Mazzocchetti is the pseudonym of Florent Mazzocchetti, a French producer based in Brussels. His sonic vision is one which constantly straddles the line between wild experimentation and rhythmic compatibility, drawing influence from early concrète, 80's tape scene and Birmingham school techno. 
After working together on the ‘Crepes’ EP that we released in 2017, De Bons en Pierre reunited for a two day recording session in Brussels. The duo recorded 13 tracks that we’ve split across 2 EPs with 6 tracks on ‘EP No. 1’ and 7 tracks on ‘EP No. 2’. Beau says, “We hooked everything up and just pushed play. We didn’t really discuss much about the process….it was very ‘spur of the moment’.” The equipment set up included a Roland TR-808, TR-606, SH-101, CR-78, CR-8000, two Syncussions and effects. Each EP contains 25 minutes of dance floor perversions that tackle an array of rhythmic forms. Sludgy synths, serrated percussion and viscous distortion goops over leviathan rhythms. All songs are mastered by George Horn at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. ‘EP No. 1’ is housed in a sewage green jacket featuring a monster mask duo and spiky motifs designed by Florent Mazzocchetti, and ‘EP No. 2’ is radioactive orange with a different pair of monster masks.
