NOT mine! This is by Danny Elfman and is part of the OST for The Corpse Bride. In the movie it plays but is never completed, this caught my imagination and I decided if these two were to have completed it this is how it would be. I continued it from about 1:46. 
Note: This was just a scratch pad and I only did it to get a rough idea, there are no dynamics written into it.
