Backwards Dog is a project (or rather a style) influenced by rap/hip hop mix tapes where artists would freestyle/improvise over a previously made beat.  Backwards Dog started in the early 2000s with a rapper and I freestyle singing over short rock breakdowns and instrumentals.  Throughout the years, other friends/artists have joined in on the fun.

Started in 1999. Not knowing by 2010 I would have ended up releasing nearly 20 different albums under various project names/collaborations.
