Yep, it's Friday Night Funkin x UT. Had to happen eventually, right? Might as well be us. Some people might not want us making this or think it's stupid that we're doing it, because the game isn't finished and things could change at any moment. That's understandable, but honestly we're just having a fun time doing it, and things will probably change over time to accommodate with the game updating. Normally I would actually put in a paragraph about what the OUAT sequences entail, but I actually... haven't yet decided on them. The titles and even the songs themselves can drastically change by the time I figure out what to do with these, but I still felt it was important to try and make them as a suitable introduction to the AUs.

Also note that updates to this project -- barring this week -- will be very, very inconsistent. I will do my best to have some kind of update on it every now and again, but I can't make specific promises about when new tracks will be coming out.

The once beautiful, snowy forest of Snowdin has now made way for a giant, bustling, high-tech city. Since the tragic passing of Alphys and Undyne, some of Alphys' old plans were dug up, and a group of monsters decided to take it upon themselves to honor her by helping her plans come true.

Chara used to live with the royal family. But one day, when tragedy struck thanks to another human, Asgore waged war against humanity. Chara would be considered one of their own, but something didn't quite sit right with Chara. Uncomfortable, and worried they would one day be mistakenly attacked, they left for the royal family's old home in the Ruins. Nowadays, they spend their time looking after the fallen children in the hopes that they can keep them safe.

Frisk is one of the humans who ended up falling down since war was waged on humanity. Being roughly the same age as Chara, they help Chara look after the kids. Frisk also helps out in giving Oliver a tutorial on how FIGHTs work.

Asriel's position in the human-monster war is an interesting one. While Asgore waged war upon humanity, the responsibility for finishing what he's started now rests on his child, the new king of the Underground. He's conflicted; after all, his best friend is a human. Even though Asgore made sure that Chara was excluded from their war on humans, something about this whole mess didn't sit right with him.

The possible monologues during the game over sequence would likely stem from things Asriel has said to Chara in the past, from things like apologies, to him genuinely wishing Chara good night, just to name the examples I can think of.

When Oliver comes across a stressed-out, exhausted Toriel who's had to deal with more than a handful of human kids swarming around, something of a dream-turned-nightmare for Toriel, it's clear she isn't thinking straight. She initiates battle as a result of a mental spiral she "speedruns", almost as if going through the five stages of grief in reverse in 5 seconds.

Oliver's task is to talk Toriel through this mental breakdown, to get her to calm down long enough and to get her grounded long enough for her to process things healthily again.
