IZRAY: * Until last night, where a mysterious voice called out to me in my dreams. It felt... as if my very being was speaking to me. It told me to come here today.
IZRAY: * Flash forward to about 5 hours ago, where I arrived here, waiting for you.
IZRAY: * ACTER, TAMMY... I believe my mission is to help you both reach the Palace, and have the prophecy take its place. If we can do that, then...

Oliver stumbles upon two kids -- Joell (Patience) and Ellen (Justice) -- who were rumored to have gone missing from the safe haven. The kids, terrified that they're gonna be sent back and grounded forever, act out and initiate battle.

Oliver's task is to convince the kids they're not here to ground them or to return them to the comfort of the safe haven; Oliver themself knows being stuck in a place you don't want to be isn't exactly pleasant.
