While living in Thailand for a brief stint, Black Barrel and Ant TC1 found themselves as neighbours. During that time, Black Barrel shared some long-lost, unfinished 90s projects by Karl Miller. The dusty archives instantly struck a chord with Ant; raw, atmospheric blueprints that still held serious weight.

The pair wasted no time selecting two standout tracks to breathe new life into for a Dispatch Blueprints release. What followed was a true collaborative exchange, with Karl Miller and Black Barrel trading ideas across borders, each injecting their signature style into the foundations of these original cuts.

The result? Two pieces of deep, atmospheric Jungle music, charged with nostalgic character but sharpened by a modern edge. Vintage bones, future flesh.

QUADGRIND - Lithuanian drum & bass producer, DJ, and scene activist since 2009. Known for his deep, dark, and technical sets, he has performed across Europe and Asia, worked as a DnB journalist in London, and co-founded the projects Substance and NFHC. A key figure in Lithuania’s DnB scene, he also runs a radio show and continues to push forward the culture with over 15 years of experience.

Few words from the artist - It was GMD'25 (Street Music Day), and I’d been on my feet for over 14 hours. I almost called Uoga to cancel—I was that exhausted. But I pushed through and told her at the venue: “Sorry, tonight I’m playing with no boundaries.” Turned out to be the best 140 mix I’ve ever played. And the best part? It was recorded.
