Minha versão de "Quixotic", de Lies Of P. :))

Lies Of P é um game que tem um tom melancólico e sombrio, e a sua trilha sonora reflete isso muito bem. Então, eu imaginei como seria uma versão de Quixotic, em um tipo de metal progressivo melancólico. Claro, há muitas maneiras de compor um cover e isso é muito particular para cada pessoa. Mas eu geralmente gosto de manter a essência da música, ao mesmo tempo que coloco a minha identidade.

Here's my version of "Quixotic" from Lies of P. :))

Lies of P has such a melancholic and dark vibe, and its soundtrack captures that perfectly. So, I imagined how "Quixotic" would sound reimagined as a melancholic progressive metal piece. Of course, there are endless ways to approach a cover, it’s such a personal process for everyone. But I usually like to stay true to the essence and tone of the original track while infusing it with my own identity.

Back again with more Castlevania goodness...

As always, I love to emulate the gold standard of Castlevania soundtracks—Symphony of the Night. With this, I chose once more, the '80s/'90s aesthetic—with driving guitars, retro synth touches and the classic old-school Castlevania mood that makes you want to charge into battle. The way I see it, if you can't see a Simon Belmont or Alucard sprite striding forward into the castle to your music, you're doing it wrong.
