Back in my early teens as I was first starting to explore electronic music, I had my first exposure to psytrance and came across a few different artists. The depth and complexity to the multi-layered melodies, rhythms and timbres was mesmerising and really drew me in, but it was 1200 Mics that made me fall in love with the genre. 
The high energy, tribal drum beats and plenty of powerful guitar riffs really bridged the gap between the hard rock music I grew up on and this new and exciting electronic sound.

I got my first set of decks at age 17, and learnt to DJ by playing their first three albums in every possible combination. I eventually found some great track pairings and an arrangement that flowed, and this became the first mix I ever put together and recorded. Unfortunately, however, many years ago that file was lost and never got released.
As I've been recently looking back at my origins, this seemed the most fitting time to bring this set back to life, with a few fresh additions, and pay homage to the masters of psychedelic trance whose music opened my world wide. This is dedicated to them - Riktam, Bansi, Raja Ram and Chicago.

Robin is my little brother, a little guy who started going to psy parties since kid under the supervision of our mom, he started listening to psychedelic trance since he was a baby so he've been witnessing me all along, so when he turned 18 he joined me attending festival and gigs, it was an honor for me to teach him how to mix, guiding him into his own quest and research of a music taste, then one day we had an invitation to play in a party hosting Z-Cat, so we practiced together and delivered a good dj set mixing my experience and his fresh ideas, that's when we decided to create the project Twilight Machines.
Now, we have shared stage with some of our favorite artists and played in many gigs across the center of Mx.
We recorded this dj set in 2019.

My name is Jarek I started Djing on 2003, in all these years I have experimented with different genres and speeds, I love electronic music, nowadays I have a side project with my little brother Robin and we play Psychedelic tunes under the name Twilight Machines, my solo project remains active faster and darker than ever, I like to share the music I like to the world, perhaps giving the audience the music they didn't asked but the music they needed to hear.
